Newly decorated and fairly quiet rooms with reasonable priced minibar. Lots of supplies in the room: an affordable minibar and power sockets. Peaceful location, within walking distance of everywhere.

Impeccably clean hotel in a nice building not far from Almaty, restaurants, and a mall. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Recently refurbished and quiet room with good air conditioning and modern amenities. Excellent, responsible staff working here.

Convenient Location 🌆
I've stayed at this place twice now and both times I was given a standard room. The location is really handy - it's close to Kazakhstan and the city centre. It's also just over an hour away from the airport.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the staff was helpful throughout our stay. The minibar in the room was very affordable and the fridge was a great bonus. , it was very quiet in the neighborhood so we could rest properly.
The hotel was located quite far from the city center, so it was necessary to rely on taxis to go anywhere. the breakfast offered was poor and far from satisfying.

The nearest airport is conveniently far away, so I could enjoy the smell of burning garbage every night. Free parking, WiFi, and a modern SPA to relax in made it a luxurious experience.
Who needs staff who speak English or good service? Definitely not me.

The hotel was a great choice for my Christmas stay! the rooms were clean and cozy. the staff was friendly and always ready to help. the location of the hotel was perfect, it allowed me to enjoy the city center and easily access the Metro to explore further areas. the breakfast was simple but had everything I needed to start my day. the best part of the hotel was the sauna and pool, I had a great time relaxing and unwinding after a busy day.
The only issue I had was with the Wi-Fi connection, it was a bit spotty at times and didn't work very well in some parts of the hotel. the water in my room also had some problems, it was too hot one day and too cold the next.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at Resident Hotel. The staff went above and beyond to assist me, even exchanging money when I needed it. The room was spotless and the wooden floors added a touch of elegance. The isolation of the hotel meant I had a peaceful night's sleep with no noise disturbance. The breakfast, although a bit confusing to order, was large and generous. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, helpful staff, and tranquil atmosphere.
